I noticed that somehow, two people managed to get their hands on one of the Halloween critters. This should not be possible, and I have deleted these pets and made sure that these two new users have the full amount of money they should have. It gave them the critters for free which is just wild to me, but the problem should be solved now.

Spooky Season Updates

Spooky season is well on its way... and here at AshenBlade Adopts, we're getting ready for it.

When spooky season gets here, there will be an advent calendar in addition to a minigame for a seasonal adopt not available in any shop!

I've been working hard on the game. Hopefully it will be finished by the 1st, but will at the very least be finished by the 19th, just in time for the first day of the 13 days of Halloween.

AshenBlade Wares Update

Get ready for some cuties in shop. I'm making Impkins!!! Pictures will come later, but they're little critters made completely randomly and completely custom for you! The dice will decide what you're meant to have, but it will be your child!

You can choose up to 3 colors, including variegated yarn, and if the impkin is sitting or standing. Standing impkins cannot stand without something supporting them. Sitting impkins are perminately in a sitting position.

Shipping to US only right now. They will be 25$ each because they take me SEVERAL hours and a LOT of yarn...

Heya! I need names for a few cuties.... Yes, these are the special halloween cuties, but I cannot think of names for the life of me.

Keep in mind, these need to be SPECIES names. Like a Flukaya or a Starpus... They should not be names like George or Candi or other individual names.

Oh yeah, if I choose your name, you get a critter of your choice in a gender of your choice. This could be one of the critters already in shops, or another of these bad bois. (You'll get ONE Halloween special by completing a game launching sometime in October...)

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddd with that, we have a working training and battling system. Check them out at the Dojo and the BattleGrounds. I still need to add them to the clickable map, but you can access them by hovering over the map tab.

Next on the list (besides updating the map): Fetch Quests; playable a couple times a day.

So, I've been hard at work. I messed up a little bit and, for a while, it wasn't possible to adopt pets but would still take your gold, which is obviously no good. 

I fixed that, got randomized stats and personality working, got healing clicks working, and got the first part of the dojo set up. The dojo requires you to have a hatched "favorite pet", but there's a link to set your favorite pet at the dojo. It's in your profile settings. 

My next step is to get the spookies in stock. They'll be at Arlo's spooks. I have 4 planned that I have to make the eggs and gifs for. In addition, I need to add the dojo to the clickable map. 

I may make a more realistic map, but I don't know if I'm okay with that responsibility yet, haha.
